Black and White

This is an outfit I wore a couple of days ago. I paired my cropped jeans with a striped shirt I've had for ages and an old pair of mum's heels for a simple, classic look.

I've been trying to get up to date with my posting, and finally have. Now, I can start coming up with some new ideas of things to post about -- it's always a bit of a pain to have a backlog of photos and such, but now that I've gotten caught up it's a pretty good feeling.

Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2012

I don't think I've ever properly written about a runway show, but as soon as I saw Jean Paul Gaultier's Amy Winehouse inspired collection I knew I had to write a little bit about it.

I don't normally love runway shows or haute couture, but I absolutely adore this collection. Amy Winehouse was, and still is, such an inspiration to me -- I was naturally excited to see this collection that was inspired by her.

The clothes, wigs, makeup-- it's all just perfect. The wigs, especially. We all know how I love big hair.











One of my very favourites of all. I love red and professional looking outfits, so it's a given that I'd love this one!





I really love the shade of blue this dress is -- it's such a vibrant, pretty colour. And her wig is one of my favourites out of all of them.













The pink wig Frida wore was another favourite. This dress, also. I don't normally love pink, but it's an absolutely stunning dress!





Again, the colour of this wig is beautiful. It's such a pretty, spring-like shade of red.



I simply adore the veil in this one, I just really love the colourful flowers that decorate it.



This is another of my favourite looks. The bondage-esque lingerie, the delicate lace veil, the sheer reddish tights. Really lovely.
